Who Is Sandra Bledsoe?

Sandra Bledsoe has always had an entrepreneurial spirit from a young age. When she finally started her own business, she wanted to make a positive impact on those around her. Specifically, she aimed to inspire men and women to improve their self-esteem.

In 1995, she realized that most Americans were overweight and saw a need for a solution. So she started a small weight loss clinic which quickly became a huge hit. Her program included weight loss medication, a B12 shot, and a weekly check-in. Clients were thrilled with their dramatic weight loss results and soon, Bledsoe grew her clinic to include seven employees and a medical director.

How Did Revenge MD Come About?

While the weight loss clinic days were successful, Bledsoe had to pivot her business when the medication fell out of favor and became unsustainable. With a passion for beauty, she branched out into providing Botox injections. At that time, Botox was just emerging as a cosmetic injectable to diminish wrinkles and aging signs.

As a pioneer Botox provider, she became one of the most renowned injectors in Nevada. She even created the “PTSP Method,” which emphasized the importance of Placement-Technique-Strength of Product-Pricing to ensure every patient was receiving the same top-notch results. Men and women loved that they could count on her to make them look and feel their best on each visit.

Revenge MD’s name is a tribute to the idea of people having “revenge on aging.” Bledsoe prides herself in making Botox accessible to everyone as she believes “when you get up in the morning, and you look in the mirror, and you look good, then you feel good. When you feel good, you treat others better. And when you treat others better, you create that ripple effect.” Revenge MD offers competitive pricing for stunning, consistent, life-changing results.

What Are Revenge MD's Specialties?

Since the early days, Revenge has grown immensely. Not only are we the premier provider of Botox treatments, but we are also the industry leader of Juvederm and Xeomin injections in Reno and Las Vegas. In addition to anti-aging fillers, we offer IV therapy, wellness treatments, PDO threads, facials, and more. You could say we’re your one-stop shop for all things beauty!

Why Choose Revenge MD?

Sandra Bledsoe is a firm believer in education. She says, “the more educated we are, the more passionate we develop in those things that we offer.” Over the years, Bledsoe has built a reputation for delivering outstanding results every time, for every patient. The loyal following is what makes Revenge MD the impactful med spa that it is today.

What's In the Future for Revenge MD?

Revenge MD strives to keep the #1 spot for wrinkle reduction treatments, Botox and Xeomin included. Currently, we also provide the most Xeomin services out of anyone in Nevada. Bledsoe is working on an exciting digital training program that anyone in the world can access. Her goal is to provide the best techniques for administering cosmetic injections and performing aesthetic services. In the years to come, Revenge MD will be not only a leader but a mentor to providers without as much experience in medical aesthetics.

Are Nose Fillers a Good Alternative to Rhinoplasty?

The nose is one of the first things people notice about you. Needless to say, it’s a defining feature when it comes to facial beauty. If you’ve been thinking about getting rhinoplasty but don’t like the idea of surgery, then nose fillers may be an option worth considering.

What Are Nose Fillers?

Sometimes called “liquid rhinoplasty,” nose fillers are a novel non-surgical procedure that can help you achieve your desired look without going under the knife. A skilled technician injects the filler into the nose to alter the shape or size. Nose fillers come in various forms like collagen and hyaluronic acid (think Juvederm). Both lift and plump the fleshy folds beside each side of your nose.

What Is Rhinoplasty?

In the simplest terms, rhinoplasty is a surgery that changes the appearance of your nose. The purpose of this treatment is to make it look more proportionate and symmetrical. Rhinoplasty can also:

Why Use Nose Fillers Instead of Rhinoplasty?

While nose fillers are a fantastic alternative to rhinoplasty, they are not a complete substitute. If you’re looking for a one-and-done deal, then a rhinoplasty may be the better choice. In some instances, though, nose fillers may be better suited than surgery.

Here are reasons why some people opt for nose fillers:

Nose fillers are safe and effective if you choose an experienced provider to perform them. Patients enjoy long-lasting results without any cuts or taking time off work.

How Long Do Nose Fillers Last?

Nose fillers can last anywhere from a few months to a couple of years. This depends on the type of filler, how it’s administered, and how well you take care of yourself after the procedure. Overall, nose fillers tend to last longer than Botox or other injectable facial treatments because they inject into many points instead of a single spot.

Are Nose Fillers Painful?

Since everyone reacts to fillers differently, it’s impossible to predict how you’ll react to a nose filler. Most people experience some discomfort during the injection process. Some also notice tenderness, swelling, bruising, and numbness in the days following their treatment. These effects are normal and subside over time.

Pain levels vary depending on your tolerance for pain. But injections are generally not excruciating if you select a skilled and reputable provider to administer them. Let your doctor know if you’re concerned about pain. They can use numbing cream to help you relax during your treatment.
